A few days ago, a potential client expressed hesitation about uploading their documents through our secure online form. “Can I just send them to you on WeChat?” they asked. “Or maybe email? I’m more used to that.” I understood their concern. What they saw was an unfamiliar link. What they did not see was the very familiar risk behind the tools they trusted.

Here is why encrypted forms are far safer than email or messaging apps when it comes to sharing sensitive documents:
